Frequency of Publication
The Spring Chronicle is published quarterly. We encourage the authors for a wider sharing of their published articles in The Spring Chronicle with their colleagues, friends and professionals.

Authors are solely responsible for content in their articles that includes views, comments and analysis; The Spring Chronicle, therefore does not take responsibility for errors, act of plagiarism or violation of Copyright of other publisher(s) or any equivalent act. All the submitted articles for publication are checked for plagiarism.
Ownership/Copyright
Published articles are the sole property of The Spring Chronicle. Copying, reproducing, photocopying or by any means shall be dealt with as per the Copyright Act of 1957.
Terms and Conditions
The Spring Chronicle website is owned by S & S Knowledge Partners and operated on its own behalf.
The authors submitting articles to The Spring Chronicle agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
(i) There is no charge for publishing articles. However, The Spring Chronicle invites scholars, experts, and professionals to contribute articles aligned with the scope and objectives of the magazine. Unsolicited articles may not be accepted.
(ii) Authors shall ensure that submitted articles are original, unpublished works and have not been previously published or simultaneously submitted to any other journal, magazine, website, book, or publication platform.
(iii) Authors shall ensure that the submitted articles present their own views, perspectives, analytical insights, or original contributions and that all external sources, references, quotations, data, images, figures, and other materials used in the article are appropriately acknowledged.
(iv) Authors shall be responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and integrity of the content submitted, including technical information, data, facts, references, and any supporting material provided with the article.
(v) Authors must disclose any relevant acknowledgements, funding support, institutional contributions, or conflicts of interest related to the submitted article. Any disputes arising concerning authorship, acknowledgements, funding support, or institutional affiliations shall be resolved among the authors and/or their respective organizations. The Spring Chronicle shall not be responsible for resolving such disputes or act as a party in such matters.
(vi) All submitted articles may undergo an editorial review process. The Editorial Team reserves the right to review, edit, suggest revisions, and make necessary formatting or language improvements to accepted articles while ensuring that the author’s original intent is maintained.
(vii) Authors shall comply with The Spring Chronicle’s plagiarism and ethical publishing standards. Submitted articles must be free from plagiarism, copyright infringement, fabricated information, or unethical practices. The overall similarity index should generally not exceed 15%, and similarity from a single source should not exceed 5%. Similarity reports will be considered along with editorial judgment.
(viii) The authors agree to transfer the publication rights of accepted articles to The Spring Chronicle upon acceptance for publication. The Spring Chronicle may publish, archive, distribute, and promote the accepted articles through its website, digital platforms, and other communication channels.
(ix) The use of published articles, either in part or in full, by authors for non-commercial, academic, professional, or other purposes through online or offline modes shall remain the responsibility of the authors. Authors must appropriately acknowledge The Spring Chronicle as the original publisher wherever applicable.
(x) Authors are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for any copyrighted material, including images, figures, tables, illustrations, or other third-party content included in their submissions.
(xi) The Spring Chronicle reserves the right to accept, reject, withdraw, or discontinue publication of any article that does not meet its editorial standards, ethical requirements, or publication guidelines.
(xii) By submitting an article, authors confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions of The Spring Chronicle’s editorial policy.
