Article Submission Guidelines
The Spring Chronicle invites scholars, experts, researchers, and professionals to contribute articles that share meaningful perspectives, insights, and discussions on topics of relevance to a wider audience.
Article Requirements
- The article should broadly address a wider audience while maintaining clarity, focus, originality, and reader interest.
- The submission should be an essay-style article presenting views, perspectives, opinions, or analytical insights on the chosen topic.
- Articles should be written in a clear, engaging, and reader-friendly manner while maintaining appropriate depth and subject relevance.
- Only one article per issue will be considered for publication from an individual author or a group of co-authors.
Author Details to be Submitted
Along with the article manuscript, authors must provide the following details:
- Full name of the author(s)
- Current designation
- Current affiliation/organization
- Passport-size photograph of the author(s) for publication purposes
Manuscript Format
- Articles should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format compatible with Windows 2010 or higher.
- Formatting requirements:
- Font style: Times New Roman
- Font size: 12 pt
- Line spacing: Single
- Maximum word limit: 1,500 words
- The article title, author details, and manuscript should be included in the same Word file.
- Figures, tables, charts, illustrations, or any other supporting material included in the article should be submitted separately along with the manuscript file.
- All figures, tables, images, and supporting materials should include appropriate captions and sources wherever applicable.
Article Preparation Guidelines
Authors are requested to carefully prepare manuscripts with respect to:
- Content quality and presentation
- Language, grammar, and writing style
- Logical structure and flow of ideas
- Accuracy and clarity of technical information, data, and references
- Appropriate use of headings, subheadings, and supporting materials
References and Acknowledgements
- References should be provided wherever applicable for research findings, data, quotations, or external information used in the article.
- Acknowledgement of support from individuals, institutions, funding agencies, or other contributors may be included in the manuscript.
Submission Process & Checklist
Before submitting an article to The Spring Chronicle, authors should ensure that the following requirements are fulfilled:
- Article manuscript is submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format
- Article title is clearly mentioned
- Full name(s) of author(s) are provided
- Current designation and affiliation/organization details are included
- Passport-size photograph(s) of author(s) are attached
- Article adheres to the maximum word limit of 1,500 words
- Manuscript follows the prescribed formatting guidelines (Times New Roman, 12 pt font, single line spacing)
- Figures, tables, charts, illustrations, or other supporting materials are submitted separately, wherever applicable
- Captions and sources are provided for all figures, tables, and images included
- References are included wherever applicable
- Acknowledgements for support from individuals, institutions, funding agencies, or other contributors are included, wherever applicable
